3. Installation and Intelligent Operation

During installation, the engineering team adopted a dual-guide-rail automatic coupling system. This design allows the pump to slide smoothly along the guide rails and automatically connect to the discharge base. For future maintenance, the pump can be lifted out of the pit using a lifting chain without requiring personnel to enter confined wastewater pits filled with potentially hazardous gases, greatly improving operational safety and maintenance convenience.

The system was also equipped with a fully automatic protection control panel and liquid level float switches. When the wastewater level reaches the preset upper limit, the float switch automatically starts the pump. When the water level falls to the lower limit, the pump automatically stops, enabling fully unattended operation.

The control panel includes a high-precision leakage detection sensor and stator thermal protection elements, continuously monitoring leakage, overload, and overheating conditions. If mechanical seal failure allows water to enter the oil chamber, the system immediately disconnects power and activates an alarm, providing comprehensive protection for the motor.

4. Application Results and Customer Feedback
