90kW Stainless Steel Submersible Sewage Pump Completed and Ready for Shipment to Italy

Here is a quick share from our workshop today. We have just finished manufacturing a newly upgraded 200WQ425-42-90KW submersible sewage pump, custom-built for an upcoming project in Italy with a power specification of 3Phase/415V/60Hz.

Since the project's working environment involves highly corrosive wastewater, the client requested top-tier materials to ensure maximum uptime. To meet these rigorous European standards, we upgraded the entire unit to heavy-duty material specifications.

Material Upgrades: Built to Last

• Pump Body: Made of high-grade 304 stainless steel.

• Impeller: Upgraded to 316 stainless steel for superior wear and chemical resistance.

• Pump Shaft: Engineered using high-strength 2205 duplex stainless steel—completely eliminating any risks of rust, corrosion, or shaft breakage under high-torque operation.

Sealing & Safety Infrastructure

For sealing and safety, the equipment features a double-end mechanical seal with all sealing rings made of corrosion-resistant PTFE (Teflon), ensuring a leak-free operation.

The pump is also equipped with premium C&U bearings for smooth rotation, alongside built-in triple protection (comprehensive, overheating, and leakage) to ensure the motor automatically shuts down rather than burning out under abnormal conditions. Additionally, it features a dual-layer coating (anti-rust primer inside and an anti-rust finish outside) and comes with an 8-meter heavy-duty cable.

Energy Efficiency & Cost Savings

Notably, this high-power 90KW pump achieves an overall efficiency of 70%. In continuous industrial operations, high efficiency translates directly into lower energy consumption, saving the project owner a significant amount on electricity bills over its lifespan.
