Product Introduction

The submersible slurry pump, also known as a submersible sand suction pump, is specially designed for handling sand, sludge, slurry, and other solids-laden liquids. The pump integrates the electric motor and hydraulic pump on the same shaft, allowing it to operate fully submerged in the medium for efficient dredging and transfer.

To enhance performance, our technical team incorporates advanced international technology by adding a mechanical agitator (agitated impeller) at the bottom of the pump, in addition to the main impeller. This agitator effectively stirs up settled sediments, enabling continuous and efficient suction of high-density slurry.

All major wetted components, including the main impeller, agitator, and pump casing, are made of high chrome alloy, ensuring excellent resistance to abrasion and corrosion in harsh working conditions.

Working Principle

The pump operates based on the centrifugal principle. When the motor runs, the main impeller rotates to generate flow and pressure, while the agitator at the bottom continuously stirs sediment. This dual-action mechanism allows the pump to efficiently extract and transport slurry without clogging, ensuring smooth and continuous operation.
