The Stainless Steel Submersible Sewage Pump is a high-performance integrated pumping solution designed for demanding wastewater applications. Unlike conventional cast iron sewage pumps that are prone to corrosion, all wetted components and the pump casing are precision-cast from premium stainless steel materials, including SS304, SS316L, SS2205, SS2507, and 904L, providing outstanding corrosion and wear resistance.

The pump features a compact motor-and-pump integrated design that operates fully submerged, eliminating the need for a pump house and significantly reducing installation costs. Equipped with an advanced non-clog hydraulic system and multiple intelligent protection functions, it efficiently handles wastewater containing long fibers, plastic debris, sand, sludge, and other solids. It is an ideal solution for chemical processing, food production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, marine aquaculture, municipal wastewater treatment, and other corrosive liquid applications.

    Product Structure

    The pump features a compact integrated construction consisting of four major systems: the hydraulic section, motor, sealing system, and intelligent control system.

    Hydraulic Components

    Non-Clog Impeller

    The pump adopts a single-channel or dual-channel semi-open/open impeller design with large flow passages, allowing the pump to pass fibrous materials up to 5 times the pump outlet diameter and solid particles up to 50% of the discharge diameter, effectively preventing clogging and winding.

    Precision-Cast Stainless Steel Pump Body

    The smooth stainless steel casting minimizes hydraulic losses while improving flow efficiency and corrosion resistance.

    Optional Functional Accessories

    Depending on application requirements, the pump can be equipped with:

    • Cutting device for shredding long fibers, cloth, plastic bags, and other debris
    • Automatic mixing device for suspending bottom sludge before pumping, preventing sediment accumulation

    Motor System

    • High-efficiency copper winding motor
    • Class F insulation
    • Excellent heat dissipation
    • Built-in thermal sensors continuously monitor winding temperature to prevent overheating and overload damage.

    Double Mechanical Sealing System

    The pump uses premium tungsten carbide or titanium carbide double mechanical seals combined with a fluororubber oil chamber sealing system, effectively preventing wastewater from entering the motor chamber.

    The sealing system is designed for continuous operation exceeding 8,000 hours under normal working conditions.

    Intelligent Protection System

    Leakage Detection

    A high-precision leakage sensor installed inside the oil chamber immediately detects seal failure and automatically stops the pump to protect the motor.

    Material Selection

    Installation

    A fixed automatic guide rail coupling system is recommended for permanent installations to simplify future maintenance.

    For temporary pumping applications, a portable free-standing installation is also available.

    Operating Precautions

    • Never lift the pump by its power cable.
    • Avoid continuous operation at extremely low head with excessive flow, which may overload the motor.
    • After pumping viscous sludge or heavy slurry, flush the pump with clean water to prevent deposits and extend service life.
