The 200QJ deep borehole water pump is a clean-water lifting solution rated at 32 m³/h and 112 m head. Powered by an 18.5 kW (25 HP) submersible motor and fitted with a 3-inch discharge outlet, it can transfer groundwater from a deep well to a storage tank, distribution pipeline, irrigation system or other clean-water facility.

    Water-Supply Solution

    This pump is suitable for projects where clean water must be lifted from a borehole and delivered at useful pressure. Typical installations include village water supply, farm water systems, storage-tank filling, livestock water supply and industrial clean-water transfer.

    High-Head Delivery

    The 112 m rated head enables the pump to overcome the vertical distance from the dynamic water level, elevation after the well and resistance in the discharge pipeline. The final operating point must be calculated from the complete system rather than the well depth alone.

    Practical Flow Capacity

    A rated capacity of 32 m³/h provides up to 32,000 litres per hour at the rated operating condition. Actual water delivery depends on the system head and the amount of water the well can continuously provide.

    Compact Submersible Design

    The vertical pump unit is lowered directly into a well with a minimum applicable diameter of 200 mm. Submerged operation eliminates a long suction line, reduces above-ground installation requirements and normally removes the need for pump priming.

    3-Inch Pipeline Connection

    The pump has a 3-inch discharge connection for the rising pipe. Correct pipe sizing is essential because excessive friction in an undersized or very long pipeline can reduce the available flow at the final outlet.

    Automatic Water Supply

    The pump can be connected to tank-level sensors for automatic filling or to a pressure-control system for direct pipeline supply. A compatible variable-frequency drive may be used when the system requires changing flow or constant pressure.
