Product Introduction
The Vertical In-Line Centrifugal Pump is designed for efficient liquid circulation and pressure boosting in a compact, space-saving structure. With its in-line installation design, the suction and discharge ports are positioned on the same axis, allowing direct installation into pipeline systems without changing pipe direction.

To accommodate specific pipeline layout requirements, the pump can be installed in either a vertical or horizontal orientation.

Depending on specific operational requirements—specifically the desired flow rate and head—the pumps can be configured to operate in either series or parallel arrangements.

Installation and maintenance are convenient; there is no need to dismantle the pipeline system. By simply removing the nuts on the pump's connecting base, the entire rotor assembly can be easily withdrawn.

The shaft seal employs a composite mechanical seal assembly. It incorporates imported titanium alloy seal rings, medium-duty high-temperature-resistant mechanical seals, and wear-resistant sealing components made of hard alloy materials, all of which effectively extend the service life of the mechanical seal.

The impeller is mounted directly onto the motor's extended shaft, resulting in a short axial dimension and a compact overall structure. The pump and motor bearings are optimally configured to effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated during operation, thereby ensuring smooth running with minimal vibration and low noise levels.

The pump features a vertical structure with inlet and outlet ports of equal diameter, aligned along the same central axis. It can be installed directly within a pipeline—much like a valve—offering a compact and aesthetically pleasing design that occupies minimal floor space and requires lower construction investment. When fitted with a protective cover, it is suitable for outdoor installation and use.
