Product Introduction
The D series horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is a single-suction, multistage, segmented centrifugal pump designed for transporting clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water.
This pump is widely used in mining, industrial plants, and municipal water supply and drainage systems. It is suitable for liquids without solid particles, abrasives, or suspended substances, ensuring stable and efficient operation.
Liquid Temperature: 0°C ~ 80°C (standard D type); Inlet Pressure: Up to 0.6 MPa
For special applications, the pump materials can be customized to match different liquid properties.

The pump adopts a sectional multistage design, making it durable and easy to maintain:

• Segmented Casing Design for easy disassembly and maintenance

Working Principle
The pump operates using a multistage centrifugal mechanism:
• Liquid enters the first-stage impeller through the suction inlet
• The impeller increases fluid velocity
• The diffuser converts velocity into pressure
• The liquid flows through each stage, gradually increasing pressure
This results in high-pressure output, making the pump ideal for long-distance and high-lift applications.
